Photo Story Friday and Found

PhotoStory Friday
Hosted by Cecily and MamaGeek

It's been a long week. The move was and is a jumble of mini disasters, new smells and sleepless nights. It is a work in progress that if I know myself will last for months.

I have a lot to write about that will have to wait. For now, my PSF this week is short and sweet.

FOUND

I saw our house
in the middle of
a raging summer storm.
Bridging a gap between
risk and a backyard entrance.
An isolated field
traded for a quiet street
and a sense of blurred
well being.

Leased with a promise.

Happy 4th of July everyone! Sorry this is so late. Lack of internet access over the last few days meant no working, no blogging and over 75 e-mails to go through. And an uncanny feeling of being cut off from the world.

To play Photostory Friday, check the rules. Copy this code into your post and sign Mr. Linky:

Happy 4th to your family!

So glad you've got internet again. You'll settle in and make it home in no time. Glad you're back. :)

There's a lot to be said for quiet streets.

And welcome back to the web! :)

glad you are back! missed ya lady!
i can imagine the cut off from the world feeling. NO FUN!
maybe if you didn't have internet for a little longer, you'd get settled faster? NAH! horrible idea! productive but not my fave thought.

Happy 4th. We are watching all the neighbors celebrate with fireworks. We did that last night, it was fun,but the twins are not SO excited abt the noise. I hope that the move goes smoothly and that things settle down.

I don't know quite what I've signed-up to! But I'm new to Blogging and getting used to things and your approach attracted me. I'm an elderly Australian lady and my new Blog is called RinklyRimes
htpp://rinklyrimes.blogspot.com/

My aim is to publish a new poem every day till I fall off the twig! Sometimes I'm silly, sometimes I'm serious. But I'm ALWAYS enthuiastic!

Try me,

Lovely shots. I always like your photo strips. Beautiful. And thanks for hosting PSF.

As for the pronounciation of Csilla... it's not a silly question. Check out my explanation here: Crazy Hungarian Names.

Hey I participated this week...?? But I ended up doing it on What Works for us?

Today on my blog the photo story HTML is missing? And so is the Mr. Linky on What works for us?

Should I resubmit with you?

I'd sacrifice my phone for internet connection! Being severed from everyone is hard, and yes, I'm addicted to being able to talk to everyone too. :)

Great feet shot! Reminds me of kids being kids. Running around outside without shoes wherever they please. :)

I'm crossing my fingers that the move goes well. Honestly, I don't know which is harder...getting the stuff into the boxes, or getting them out. Good luck!!
